Error message: "This email already exists"

If you see this message when you are registering for the Richmond Learning Platform, it means your email address is already registered.

There’s no need to register again. Simply go to and log in with your email address and password.

  • If you have forgotten your login details, select the 'Forgotten password?' link in the login box and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. 
  • If you have already registered and you have an access code for a new product, log in with your email address and password. Next, select 'ADD PRODUCT TOKEN' on MY PRODUCT panel and enter your new access code there. The new product will be added to your account and will appear on the Home page.
  • If you are trying to register a new user, you will need to use a different email address. Each user needs their own email address and password to register.
