My Home: finding and activating your Richmond products

When you start a session in the Richmond Learning Platform, you will be directed to the Home page.

If you´re a student, your Home page will show all the Richmond products you have activated, by groups.

If you are a teacher or a Training Manager, you will only see a product when at least one student of your class has activated his/her own product, or if you have a valid Teacher Code to activate a product. If you need a Teacher Code to activate a product before your students join your class, please contact Richmond Help to request it. 

The first time you start a session in the Richmond Learning Platform, your Home page will display the products you activated when you registered to the platform.


Registering a new product:

  • Enter the access code of the product you want to activate. It should be in your Richmond course book or provided by the Richmond team.

Each access code is valid for 12 moths upon activation. After this time, the product won´t be available and you won´t be able to see them in your Home page.


Using products from the Home page:

  • On the right side of the screen you will see all the products students in your classes have access to. They are sorted by course.
  • Click the image of a product or its name to display its content.
