When you start a session in the Richmond Learning Platform, you will be directed to the Home page.
If you´re a student, your Home page will show all the Richmond products you have activated, by groups.
If you are a teacher or a Training Manager, you will only see a product when at least one student of your class has activated his/her own product, or if you have a valid Teacher Code to activate a product. If you need a Teacher Code to activate a product before your students join your class, please contact Richmond Help to request it.
The first time you start a session in the Richmond Learning Platform, your Home page will display the products you activated when you registered to the platform.
Registering a new product:
- Click ADD PRODUCT TOKEN
- Enter the access code of the product you want to activate. It should be in your Richmond course book or provided by the Richmond team.
- Click ADD PRODUCT

Each access code is valid for 12 moths upon activation. After this time, the product won´t be available and you won´t be able to see them in your Home page.
Using products from the Home page:
- On the right side of the screen you will see all the products students in your classes have access to. They are sorted by course.
- Click the image of a product or its name to display its content.
