Error message: "This email already exists"

If you are registering for Richmond SPIRAL and you get an error message saying that your email already exists this means you are already registered and you don't need to register again. Go to and log in with your email address and password.

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link in the login box, enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. See Forgotten password.
  • If you have already registered and you have an access code for a new product, log in with your email address and password, click on the orange 'Add a product' button and enter your new access code. The new product will be added to your account and will appear in the Study section. See How to add more products to Richmond SPIRAL.
  • If you are a parent who has already registered one child using this email address and now want to register a different child, you will need to use a different email address. Each user needs their own email address and password to register.
