Each school, college or university (institution) which uses the Richmond Learning Platform must have at least one Training Manager.
The Training Manager is the administrator for the Richmond Learning Platform. Training Managers can create accounts for other users, create classes and reset users' passwords.
If you are a Student studying at an institution, and you need to contact your Training Manager, ask your class teacher for the name(s) of the Training Manager(s) at your school or college.
